Building inspection
We inspect according to Australian Standard AS3439.1-2007. Inspection includes property exterior, interior, roof exterior, roof interior, sub floor & yard and fences. Delivery of building report is same day.
Pest inspection
We inspect according to Australian Standard AS3660. Inspection includes detection of active termites, termite damage and conditions conducive to termite activity.
Electrical inspection
A visual inspection of all visible elctrical components. Switchboard, wiring, fittings, safety switch etc. Poor electrical installation is common in Sydney, especially older properties.
Thermal imaging photography
Some property defects arent visible to the eye. Eg: water leaks in walls, termite activity...theese can be detetced with thermal imaging photography as they create a change in surface temperature.
Dilapidation inspection
If you are building a house, renovating or having a pool installed you'll most likely need a dilapidation survey and report. They are required to protect your (and your neighbors) legal interest and are usually part of a DA.
